General Admission Seating

General admission seating is festival-style on the great lawn. GA ticket holders are seated on a first-come-first-served basis. Beach chairs are allowed as are blankets, but high backed or "lawn" and "patio" chairs ARE NOT ALLOWED. (They block everyone's view behind them!)

Reserved Seating

Reserved seating is located directly in front of the stage. Padded chairs are provided. There are 600 reserved seats in the reserved area.

Disabled Seating

Disabled seats are available. Handicapped persons that need assistance are seated a few minutes before the rest of the crowd. If they are part of a larger party, they will be admitted early with a single escort.

FAQ ABOUT THE CONCERTS AT MARYMOOR

Where can I get tickets?

Tickets may be purchased on-line through Ticketmaster.com, any Ticketmaster outlet or by calling Ticketmaster at 206-628-0888. The Concerts at Marymoor features Ticketmaster's new Ticketfast system, and will allow you to print your own tickets off of the internet. This is a bar code system and ONLY ONE PERSON WILL BE ADMITTED PER BAR CODE. (Don't print copies for your friends!)

Do children have to have tickets?

That depends on the show. Yes, tickets are required for children three years and older attending a regular concert performance. We ask that you do NOT bring in any children under the age of 6 into the reserved section. The volume level near the stage may be too high for sensitive ears. If you want your child to sit in the reserved seat area, the child must be ticketed no matter what show you are attending.

How big is the venue?

The Marymoor concert site has a capacity of 5,000. That number consists of approximately 600 reserved seats and space for 4,400 people on the lawn. The back portion of the venue is formed by two huge grass mounds which form a natural amphitheater. Please remember that when attending a sold out show, you are not able to "spread out" as you would attending one that is not. The Marymoor venue has a seating area of over 52,000 square feet.

Are there camping and/or hotel accommodations in or around the venue?

For most shows, there is no camping available at Marymoor Park. There are a number of hotels and motels in the area including the Redmond Inn (near the park's east entrance), and the Marriott Residence Inn in Redmond Towne Center. Click here for more hotels.

Will artist and venue merchandise be sold at the venue?

Yes, series logo items will be available at all shows and it is up to each of the artists to provide their merchandise to be sold. Most, but not all, artists travel with merchandise.

What happens if it rains?

All concerts are held rain or shine. If it looks like rain, you should be prepared. See next question.

Can we bring umbrellas?

Rain umbrellas will be allowed while it's raining. People bringing shade umbrellas will be moved to the back of the venue.

How do I get to the Marymoor Park?

Marymoor Park is located just off SR520 in Redmond. Take the West Lake Sammamish Parkway exit and you will see the large park as you do. Bear right, then take a left at the first stop light to the main entrance.

Can I bring my own chairs?

Low backed "beach" chairs are allowed. Because of the way the venue is situated, (we have two large berms forming the back of the seating area) patio or lawn type chairs are NOT PERMITTED. They block a large area behind those chairs.

What is the camera policy?

Most artists' contracts either prohibit cameras all together or prohibit the use of cameras with flash bulbs, and professional type cameras. The MAJORITY OF CONTRACTS absolutely forbid any type of recording devices, audio or video. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that any media can be confiscated and become the property of the artist.

Can I bring my pet?

No. Sorry, pets are not permitted in the concert venue except for licensed service dogs.

Can we bring a picnic?

Yes, you may bring you own food into the venue, but you may NOT bring in any glass containers including condiment jars.

Is okay to bring my own beer or wine?

You CANNOT bring in ANY type of alcoholic beverage to the venue. There will be a beer and wine garden on site. Coolers will be searched before you get into the venue. Any alcohol brought into the venue will be confiscated.

Are there safety services?

King County police officers are on site at all times for your safety and protection.

Can I bring a portable grill or cooking device?

No barbecue grills or cooking devices of any kind are allowed inside the venue.

Is smoking permitted?

The Marymoor concert venue is a non-smoking venue. No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the fences. Smokers may go just outside of the entrance gate to a designated smoking area.
